FAQs

Do you only work with children/ adolescents?

I specialize in working with children/adolescents, but also work with young adults/adults depending on their needs. Please reach out and inquire to see if I’m the right therapist for you.

How long does treatment last?

When a client first starts therapy I recommend meeting on a weekly basis. Based on rapport building and improvement we can then titrate down to biweekly, monthly and then transition. This will be tailored to each client’s needs and there will be ongoing discussions throughout the therapeutic process.

Are sessions held in person or via telehealth?

I typically recommend meeting in person in my office in Cranford for my child and adolescent clients. I tend to see more success with adults when using telehealth and it can be used to supplement in person sessions. This can be reviewed and adjusted as needed to best meet a client’s needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out of network provider with insurance. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance or I use a biller named Advekit to mediate that process for clients. I can provide further details during our initial free consultation.

What are your fees?

The fee for 45 minute weekly sessions is $175.

The fee for the 60 minute intake is $225.

How do I get started?

The first step is to schedule your free 15 minute consultation to discuss you or your child’s needs, determine if I’m the right therapist for you and if so, schedule an intake appointment.
